Software alone does not change how people work. We train three groups separately because they arrive with different questions.

Common questions about pricing
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices given are net and exclude statutory VAT.
What does the website chatbot cost on top?
Nothing. The chatbot is part of the full feature set and included in the account price. There is a dedicated product site at skai-chatbot.de.
What happens when the token budget runs out?
You top up with a token package. Access stays usable in the meantime.
Is there a setup fee in the cloud?
No. The 1,000 € setup fee only applies to on-premises operation.
How long is the contract?
You pay monthly at 24 € per account or annually at 20 € per account and month. Before signing you test for 14 days free of charge.
Do you still offer a phone assistant?
Not as part of the product. The phone bot was not technically far enough along for us to ship it with a clear conscience, so it has been taken out of scope.
