Without a setting skai detects the language itself. For a multilingual meeting it is better to set it explicitly.

If you regularly record the same kind of meeting, create a template: chapter structure, style and instructions to the AI are then fixed.

On request skai pulls in external information, for example about companies or terms that came up.

What the minutes can also do

Images in the right place
Photos of whiteboards, screenshots and slides can be attached. They appear in the minutes at the point in time they were taken.

Your terms spelled correctly
The personal glossary feeds into transcription and minutes so that names, product names and abbreviations come out right.

Into the knowledge base
Finished minutes can be added to a space as a source. From then on the chat answers questions from them, citing the passage.

Audio as webm, mp3, mp4, ogg, wav and pcm; video as mp4, mpeg and mov.
Mobile
Record with your phone
The skai Meeting Notes app for Android and iOS records the meeting on the device itself and uploads it into your organization. Recording starts and stops only through your action; there is no background recording and no continuous microphone monitoring.
